How to login
1. In order to use DX Despatch, you will need to be registered as a User and given a set of login details. If you haven't got these, you can get them from someone within your organisation. We call that person the Superuser.
2. If your organisation doesn't have a Superuser, we need to register one on your behalf. Contact your DX account manager who can arrange this.
3. Once the Superuser has registered you as a User, you will receive a set of login details, either by email from us or directly from the Superuser. The login details are:
an Access code
a User name
a Password
4. These details will enable you to login to DX Despatch. The Access code is common to all people within your organisation, but your User name and Password are unique to you. You should not share them with anyone else.
5. If you suspect that someone knows your Password, you should change it immediately and advise the Superuser that you have done so.
6. We also need you to accept the DX Group Terms & Conditions. You will not be able to complete the login process until you have accepted them. You can read and print off a copy of our Terms & Conditions by clicking on the link. You will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your PC to do this.
